Privacy policy

This document describes how we handle the data you send us through the form on this site. The text is a template — please have it reviewed and fill in your company details before launch.

1. Data controller

The controller of personal data is ELEVATE — digitální studio, registered at Praha, 110 00, Czech Republic. Contact email: elevateitcz@gmail.com.

2. What data we process

We process the data you enter in the enquiry form yourself: your name, e-mail and, optionally, phone, WhatsApp or Telegram, information about the project (type, industry, starting point, budget, timing, links to websites you like) and your message. We also process the sender's IP address, solely to protect the form against abuse.

3. Why we process it

We use the data only to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is pre-contractual negotiation at your request and our legitimate interest in protecting the form from spam.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and then for a maximum of 24 months, unless agreed otherwise.

5. Who we share it with

Enquiries are stored in a Supabase database (Supabase, Inc.) that only the site administrator can access. E-mails are delivered by Resend (Resend, Inc.). The form is protected against bots by Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.), which checks technical browser data on submission — with no advertising cookies. The website is hosted on Vercel. If analytics is enabled, we use the cookieless tool Plausible. We do not sell any data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Cookies

By default the site uses no marketing or analytics cookies. If we later enable analytics that requires consent, we will show you a consent bar before anything is stored.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Just write to our contact email. You also have the right to complain to the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.gov.cz).
